Recent Publications: Cherry Bombe Feature in the Love Issue. This sprawling 4 foot cake was an absolute joy to make for a couple that celebrated their nuptials in a small backyard ceremony in December 2024. She was layers of apple butter barley cake, brown sugar caramelized apples, miso whipped caramel and Cream Cheese Swiss buttercream.

Recent Travels: We went into Appalachia to see my older brother get married in an intimate ceremony. It was wonderful weekend. 10/10 for the wedding buffet featuring southern bbq. Let’s see more of this.



Stopped off on the way at my Alma Mater to show Bear where I went to school. Even in stick season William and Mary is beautiful, with the recent snow there weren’t many students or Colonial Actors in Williamsburg so we had the place to ourselves to frolic. And of course stop in at the world’s best sandwich shop.
