Made these and they’re fantastic! Boiled the mixture for just a minute and the end result has got a wonderful, Turkish delight type texture - thank you for sharing!

Hi! I am so excited to make these since I had saved so much rhubarb in my freezer from last year 😅 I tried making these last night but I may have over boiled the mixture with the agar agar. It’s still not fully setting after being in the fridge over night. More like loose jelly. Do I need to scrap it or is it salvageable? 🙏🏽❤️

If I boil too long it can break down the agar. Try chopping it up, putting it into a pot and melting down slowly—very slowly. And try to reset, if it still doesn’t you’ll need to add a touch more agar. Rhubarb can be tricky!:)
